Firmware Upgrade:
RayNeo XR glasses firmware can only be upgraded by Android phone with USB-C port.
1. Download the RayNeo XR app on your Android phone.
2. Connect RayNeo XR glasses to the Android phone and open the RayNeo XR app.
3. Use the Android phone as a pointer to click "Settings > Upgrade > Firmware Upgrade" to initiate the upgrade.
4. During the upgrade process, RayNeo XR glasses will black out for some time; do not disconnect the glasses. Once the upgrade is complete, the glasses will automatically turn back on.
5. If you disconnect RayNeo XR glasses during the upgrade process by accident, firmware upgrade will be interrupted. Please re-connect the glasses. The RayNeo XR app will automatically enter repair mode, and you can fix the issue by clicking "Update Now" using the pointer.
2. Go to "Settings - System - About - Glasses Status - Version." Then, you'll see the current model of glasses and software version information. There will prompt the firmware update when a new firmware version comes out.
3. During the upgrading process, the glasses' screens will turn black. Please don't unplug the glasses, as they will light up automatically after the upgrade.
