How to Use RayNeo Air 4 Pro/Air 3s Pro...

To use RayNeo Air 4 Pro/3s Pro/3s/2s/2, simply connect it to any device with a DisplayPort-supported Type-C port, such as a phone, tablet, laptop, or game console.

How can I know whether my device is compatible?

1.Please check your device's specifications for keywords such as "DisplayPort over USB-C," "DP Alt Mode," "Alt DP over USB-C," or "Thunderbolt 4."

2.Contact the device's manufacturer/customer service to ask whether it supports DisplayPort over USB-C and how to use the DisplayPort feature.

3.Check the compatibility list on RayNeo official website to verify if your device is included.

4.Have the glasses already? Just connect your glasses to the host device to get started.

Do the glasses support wireless connections?

RayNeo Air glasses do not support wireless connections. A USB-C cable (included in the box) is required for connection.

Can the glasses be paired and used with Bluetooth headphones?

RayNeo Air glasses do not support Bluetooth connectivity. If you want to use your own Bluetooth headsets as an audio output device instead of the RayNeo Air glasses, you can set up on your phone/laptop/tablet that the glasses are tethered to.

Can I watch videos from services like Netflix and Prime Video?

Yes! RayNeo products, such as Air glasses, Pocket TV, and HDMI to USB-C adapter, support the HDCP protocol, allowing you to watch licensed content from video/streaming apps using the official accessories.

How to change the color mode?

Press the menu button on the left temple to enter the setting mode.

Press the volume button to navigate to the "Color Mode" option.

Press the menu button to select the preferred color mode.

Hold the menu button for 3s to exit the setting mode.
