Samsung compatibility: Display works but app malfunctions

Samsung mobile phones have two working modes: DEX and non-DEX mode. Only nonDEX mode can support RayNeo APP. Please turn off the DEX mode in the phone settings before using our APP.

Software/hardware upgrade

1. Connect the RayNeo Air 2 glasses to your smart phone. 2. Touch to open RayNeo XR APP, go to ��Settings��->touch ��Firmware Upgrade�� from the glasses setting, 3. follow the instructions to finish the app upgrade on the phone.

Video download/caching capability

Download capabilities have nothing to do with Pocket TV itself. It mainly depends on whether the app itself supports downloading. If Amazon Prime APP supports downloading, then Pocket TV will be able to download the video resources into Pocket TV. If Amazon Prime APP supports downloading for some resources and not for others, then we also support downloading for some resources and not for others. Generally some TV APPs, many of them don't support downloading, because TV itself is a device placed at home and often connected to the Internet, so there is no need for mobile portability, and many streaming media APPs don't add the downloading function to their APPs.

Error when accessing web Netflix

SD card-related issues

For your problem, please try the following steps: Update the pocket TV to the latest version. Formatting the Memory Card and make sure the format is NTFS or exFAT. Download the file from a Windows PC. Change to another SD card.

  · Connect RayNeo XR Glasses to iPhone (15 series and later)
  
  1. Attach the curved end of USB-C cable (in the box) to the end of the righ temple of RayNeo XR glasses. Attach the other end of the cable to USB-C port of iPhone.
  
  2. Unlock iPhone and RayNeo XR glasses will turn on automatically.
  
  iPhone 14 and Earlier.
  
  · Connect RayNeo XR Glasses to iPhone (14 series and earlier)
  
  * An Apple's official "Lightning Digital AV Adapter" and an "HDMI to USB-C Adapter" are needed. Make sure "HDMI to USD-C Adapter" is fully charged before use.
  
  1. Attach the 2 adapters to each other and to the lightning port of your iPhone.
  
  2. Attach the curved end of USB-C cable (in the box) to the end of the righ temple of RayNeo XR glasses. Attach the other end of the cable to USB-C port of the HDMI to USB-C adapter.
  
  3. Unlock iPhone and turn on the HDMI to USB-C adapter, RayNeo XR glasses will turn on automatically.

Android Phone

· Connect RayNeo XR Glasses to Android Phone

* Please check whether your Android phone supports "DisplayPort over USB-C."

RayNeo XR glasses can only work with Android phones with Display Port supported.

1. Attach the curved end of USB-C cable (in the box) to the end of the righ temple of RayNeo XR glasses. Attach the other end of the cable to the USB-C port on the Android phone.

2. Unlock Andriod phone and RayNeo XR glasses will turn on automatically.

iPhone 15 and Later
