As long as your X2 or Meta Display is physically intact and can power on and function normally, it qualifies for the trade-in. We understand normal signs of daily use — these do not affect your eligibility. Counterfeit or modified devices are not eligible for credit and will be returned.

What if my Meta Display or X2 has prescription lenses that I paid extra for?
The maximum trade-in credit for this program is based on the original device price, which is $799 USD.
